We are a small group of advanced pipers and drummers who also participate in Taggart Pipes and Drums.  Our purpose in forming a mini pipe band was to fill in the gap between events that call for a soloist and those where a full band is most appropriate. 

We often play for weddings, parties, grand openings and other special events.  Sometimes, we play for the kind of event in which a full pipe band would do such as the Westerly, RI Highland Festival or the Trumbull, CT Memorial Day Parade.  Most of the weddings and parties we do are private affairs but we have done some very public events as well.  For example, we have opened for Rod Stewart at the Oakdale Theater and we played for a speech by Rudy Giuliani at the Scholar Athlete games at Rhode Island University.
